Transparent & Fair Refund Process

MindSphere Institute follows a clear and student-friendly refund policy aligned with UGC regulations and University guidelines.

Refund Eligibility

A refund is applicable only when all three conditions are met:

  • Cancellation raised within 7 days of initial payment
  • No University form or application submitted
  • No MindSphere service has started

Non Refundable

Refund will not be applicable once any of the following actions are completed:

  • Verification call completed
  • Document checking done
  • Form filling or login created
  • E-study material set up
  • Any task completed on student's behalf

University Fee

University Fee becomes non-refundable through MindSphere once the fee is deposited or an Enrolment / Application Number / Admit Card is issued.

All University refunds strictly follow UGC Fee Refund Regulations and the University's official refund policy. MindSphere cannot modify or influence University decisions.

Non-Payment of University Fee

If a student is unable to pay the University Fee and requests a refund before admission is processed, MindSphere will deduct only its service charge:

Indian Students / Year

₹8,000

NRI / International Students / Year

These charges cover counselling, documentation, verification and application preparation. The remaining MindSphere amount will be refunded. This applies only when no University Fee is deposited and no enrolment/application number is generated.

MindSphere Support During University Refund

  • Forward the student's cancellation request to the University.
  • Follow up regularly for updates on the University's end.
  • Support the student until the University provides its final written response.
